Refunding Plan definition

Refunding Plan means, with respect to the issuance of any Series of Bonds, the refunding of the Refunded Bonds through the issuance of such Series in the manner determined by the Designated Representative pursuant to this resolution and more particularly described in the applicable Bond Purchase Agreement, and/or separate certificate approved and executed by the Designated Representative, and Refunding Trust Agreement.
