Remittance of Unexpended Funds. The Grantee shall remit to the State any unexpended funds that were disbursed to the Grantee under this Grant Agreement and were not used to pay Eligible Project Costs within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the final disbursement from the State to the Grantee of funds or, within thirty (30) calendar days of the expiration of the Grant Agreement, whichever comes first.
