Common use of Remittance of Unexpended Funds Clause in Contracts

Remittance of Unexpended Funds. Funding Recipient shall remit to State any unexpended funds that were disbursed to Funding Recipient under this Funding Agreement and were not used to pay Eligible Project Costs within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the final disbursement from State to Funding Recipient of funds or, within thirty (30) calendar days of the expiration of the Funding Agreement, whichever comes first.
