Remitting Receivables. Contractor shall remit to City any payments received from service units for services provided by City prior to the Service Commencement Date, and City shall remit to Contractor any payments received from service units for services provided by Contractor after the Service Commencement Date. Such remittance shall be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of payment.
