SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. 1.1 The following services are to be provided by the CITY without cost to the City Attorney.
A. The CITY will provide ongoing review of the City Attorney’s work and timely consideration of legal issues at a time acceptable to both the CITY and the City Attorney.
B. The CITY will provide access to relevant records or working papers regarding the workings with the CITY regarding any legal issues.
C. The CITY will provide any word processing documents on memory sticks that is compatible with the Microsoft Office Suite.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. CITY shall perform/provide the following: • As-builts and record drawings. • Any available records of existing CITY utilities with the project limits. • Water models and other data associated with current draft Water/Wastewater master plan update. • Data from current draft of Master Thoroughfare Plan update. • TxDOT plans, schematics, CAD files associated with the SH 174 project currently under design, as available. • Most recent HEC-RAS model of South Xxxxxxx Creek, if available. • Previously completed CCTV and dye test reports related to existing sanitary sewer and storm drain systems.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. City Agrees to provide services which shall include but are not limited to social, recreational and educational activities. Use of the building located at 000 X. 0000 X. for the purposes of services identified in Article Two.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. City shall provide the required wastewater treatment and disposal services to Company for wastewater discharged to the POTW in volumes and of the type described in this Agreement.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. In consideration of the fact that no fee is charged to 150 the City for the Authorized Uses set forth herein, the City shall perform, at its own 151 expense, the following services for the Station: 152
a. Custodial services for the public portions of the Station per a mutually 154 agreeable schedule. 155 b. Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping at the level such services were 156 performed prior to October 1, 2017. 157 c. Maintenance of the irrigation system including programming, minor repairs 158 and winterization.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. The CITY shall perform the following services:
1.2.1 Provide access to all public improvement plans and records and furnish one copy of drawings and reports requested.
1.2.2 Obtain all necessary permits from other regulatory agencies and other Departments. CONSULTANT shall participate in the completion of such forms but CITY will submit these and pay for any applicable fees.
1.2.3 Provide sample of title block for the plans and standard form Public Works Construction Contract Documents to be used with the General Provisions (Specifications).
1.2.4 Upon request, verify the location of existing CITY owned utilities.
1.2.5 Provide all legal advertising mailings and postings required.
1.2.6 Duplicate all final plans and specifications.
1.2.7 Provide all necessary surveying and testing required for design, including geotechnical engineering services if required during construction.
1.2.8 Provide overall project management.
1.2.9 Provide coordination of all inquiries from prospective bidders during the bidding period.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. The City does not provide any senior services, but allows for non-profit groups to utilize the facility for their senior related activities at no cost. Use of the building located at 000 X. 0000 X. for the purposes of services identified in Article Three subsection A by WHS.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. To the extent resources are available, CITY through its Department of Animal Services has and will continue to provide XXXXXXX HILLS with the following services pursuant to the terms of this MOU:
1. Intake and animal care for stray animals and owner relinquishments.
2. Adoption services and other public services such as vaccination clinics.
3. Respond to calls for service forwarded to CITY by BVEVERLY HILLS for animals at-large, injured, potentially dangerous, or animals who are potentially victims of cruelty or inhumane treatment as defined by law.
4. Issue dog licenses, administer licensing information, administer a voluntary cat registration program, administer spay/neuter exemption, register and collect fees for same.
5. Issue permits for animal-related businesses and events, and collect fees for same.
6. Issue Notices to Comply, Citations, Xxxx, Xxxxx, and/or penalties for violation of laws and regulations.
7. Prepare documents necessary to assist in investigations and prosecution of cases involving animals.
8. Intake and care of animals impounded as evidence.
9. Conduct potentially dangerous animal administration procedures when required, according to the terms specified by XXXXXXX HILLS in writing prior to a hearing, and as agreed to by CITY, which hearings for residents of XXXXXXX HILLS will be held within 30 days.
10. Assist in animal evacuation or other emergency service requirements, as resources are available.
11. Provide public education information on animals, wildlife, pet ownership, and related topics.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY of Austin 911 Addressing. As long as there is appropriate funding available and following the guidelines adopted by the Capital Area Council of Governments, Austin, with the assistance and cooperation of Sunset Valley, shall perform and provide the following services:
A. Assign an address for each addressable structure and property, vacant or not, for Sunset Valley and Sunset Valley ETJ B. Approve street names and street layouts submitted for new subdivisions in Sunset Valley and Sunset Valley ETJ.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CITY. The City is responsible for providing fiscal and additional staff support services to MDD. Such services are subject to the City and MDD mutually agreeing to a cost for each service.
