Remote Call Back. (a) Where an Employee is authorized by the Employer to handle job-related matters without returning to the workplace and is able to complete the call-back assignment remotely, the Employee shall be paid two times (2X) the Basic Rate of Pay for the total cumulative time spent on remote call-back during the on- call period or for three (3) hours, whichever is longer.

Remote Call Back. If required to perform work from a remote location (i.e. accessing a database such as SCADA), the employee shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour pay at the appropriate overtime rate of pay for each callback received when the employee is off duty.
Remote Call Back. Water Operators will use their best efforts to maintain system alerts to minimize the need for remote call backs. If a Water Operator is not assigned to standby and is required to perform work from a remote location (i.e. accessing a database such as SCADA), the employee shall receive a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes pay, at the appropriate overtime rate, for each remote call back. If a Water Operator is assigned to standby and is required to perform work from a remote location, the employee shall not be eligible to receive the minimum payment until the third (3rd) incident requiring a remote call back each day so assigned, at which time the employee shall start to receive a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes pay, at the appropriate overtime rate, for each remote call back occurring on that same day. This shall not preclude the employee from the payment of overtime for any time spent on any remote call back in excess of fifteen (15) minutes. A “day”, for this purpose, shall be the consecutive time period, commencing from the end of one (1) regular shift to the beginning of the next regular shift, when no employee has been regularly scheduled to work.
Remote Call Back. Notwithstanding any other provision of the MOU, an employee who is called to perform work but is able to complete the work required without the employee having to physically report to a worksite, whether or not he/she is on standby duty status, shall be paid in one-tenth (1/10) hour increments at the rate of one and one-half (1½) the base rate of pay for all time worked while remotely responding to the call-back assignment. To be eligible for remote call-back premium, employees must be authorized and directed by the department to perform such services. There shall be no minimum credit for remote call-back.
Remote Call Back. 32.1 A Level 4 or 5 employee (other than those in receipt of a Flexibility Allowance or 20% unlimited loading) who is on-call and who is required to undertake approved duties without the need to leave the employee’s place of residence shall be entitled to payment of overtime rate at the prescribed rate for the actual time worked with a minimum payment of one hour for each time the employee performs such duties. If the employee is required to again perform duties within that one-hour period, no further minimum payment shall apply. Duties may include but are not limited to the co-ordination of operational incidents, staff welfare calls, and significant incident notification. 32.2 The employee will be responsible for the recording of the nature and the times of contact in respect of the types of matters mentioned in clause 32.1 for subsequent verification by the QAS. 32.3 Implementation of this clause will occur within six months of certification of agreement.

For example, if an employee responds to an alarm on SCADA, and receives a second (2nd) alarm while still on duty for the first (1st) alarm, only one (1) one (1) hour minimum shall apply. Any hours worked in excess of the one (1) hour shall be credited on a time and one-half (1½), or portion thereto, basis for actual time worked.
Remote Call Back. An employee who is called to perform work but is able to complete the work required without the employee having to physically report to a worksite, whether or not he/shethey is are on standby duty status, shall receive minimum credit for one (1) hour’s work at the rate of one and one-half (1½) the base rate of pay . If an employee should complete the work required, and subsequently be recalled during the minimum credit period, no additional compensation shall be paid for until the minimum credit period has exhausted.

  • Call Back When a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive call-back pay in accordance with clause 28.01 and is entitled to receive the minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate.

  • Liability of Portfolio Supervisor The Portfolio Supervisor shall be under no liability to the Unit holders for any action taken or for refraining from the taking of any action in good faith pursuant to this Indenture or for errors in judgment, but shall be liable only for its own willful misfeasance, bad faith or gross negligence in the performance of its duties or by reason of its reckless disregard of its obligations and duties hereunder."
