Remote Call Forwarding. (a) Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) is a service whereby a call placed from a station (the originating station) to a RCF subscriber’s telephone number in an exchange (the call forwarding location) is automatically forwarded by CenturyLink facilities to another station (the terminating station) designated by the RCF subscriber, which is located in a different exchange or within the same exchange.
