Remote Monitoring Services Pricing. Remote Monitoring Services shall be provided by JCI if the Agreement includes a charge for such Service. If such Service is purchased, JCI will monitor the number of alarms for the Premises and the initial charge is based on the pricing agreed to by the parties, subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum. If the number of alarms produced at the Premises goes beyond the contracted number of alarms in a month, Customer will be billed an overage fee.
