Common use of Remote Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Remote Monitoring. SONIFI shall use reasonably available means to remotely monitor the Headend Equipment, the In-Room Equipment and the Licensed Software for technical and performance issues during the Term, provided Company complies with its payment obligations to SONIFI and its obligation to furnish at no cost to SONIFI an adequate Internet connection as specified in the SONIFI SORA Agreement.

Remote Monitoring. SONIFI shall use reasonably available means to remotely monitor the Headend Equipment, the In-Room Equipment Equipment, and the Licensed Software for technical and performance issues during the Term, at no additional charge to Company, provided Company complies with its payment obligations to SONIFI and its obligation to furnish at no cost to SONIFI an adequate Internet connection as specified in the SONIFI SORA AgreementAgreement (including the SOW).

SONIFI shall use reasonably available means to remotely monitor the Headend Equipment, the In-Room Covered Equipment and the Licensed Licenced Software for technical and performance issues during the Termissues, provided the Company complies with its payment obligations to SONIFI and its obligation to furnish at no cost to SONIFI an adequate Internet connection provide Connectivity, as specified in the SONIFI SORA AgreementSOW. Company shall be responsible for providing a persistent Internet connection to the Premises as described in the Agreement and the SOW.

SONIFI shall use reasonably available means during the STAYCAST Term to remotely monitor the Headend EquipmentVMC, the In-In- Room Equipment and the Licensed Software for technical and performance issues during the Termissues, provided Company complies with its payment obligations to SONIFI and its obligation to furnish at no cost to SONIFI an adequate Internet connection as specified in the SONIFI SORA Agreement. Remote monitoring is provided at no additional cost to Company, subject to Company’s timely payment of all fees, costs and charges set forth in the Agreement and Company’s compliance with its other obligations under the Agreement and this STAYCAST Limited Warranty.
