Common use of Removal and Demolition Clause in Contracts

Removal and Demolition. Lessee shall not remove or demolish, in whole or in part, any Leasehold Improvement on the Premises without Lessor’s prior written approval. Lessor may, at its sole discretion, condition such approval upon the obligation of Lessee to replace the Leasehold Improvement by an improvement specified by Lessor.

Removal and Demolition. Except as provided elsewhere in this Lease, Lessee shall not remove or demolish, in whole or in part, any Leasehold Improvement improvements on the Premises without Lessor’s the prior written approval. Lessor approval of Lessor, which may, at its sole discretion, condition such approval upon the obligation of Lessee to replace the Leasehold Improvement same by an improvement specified by Lessorin such approval and to remove the same upon expiration of this Lease.
