Removal Fee. Loans transferred off the Subservicer Servicing System prior to termination of this Agreement will be assessed a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per account.
Removal Fee. Should the Trust or NSLF remove any of its Education Loans from a Subservicer's system prior to a scheduled termination or breach of this Agreement, the Trust agrees to pay to the Master Servicer a removal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per loan transferred off such Subservicer's computer system, this removal fee shall be in addition to those charges described in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, and in addition to damages arising from a breach of Section 27 hereof.

Removal Fee. Loans transferred off the Nelnet Servicing System prior to termination of this Agreement will be assessed a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per account.

Removal Fee. Should NHELP remove any of its Financed Loans from the UNIPAC system prior to a scheduled termination or breach of this Agreement, NHELP agrees to pay to UNIPAC a removal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per loan transferred off the UNIPAC computer system. This removal fee shall be exclusive of those charges described in Section 1.2 of this Agreement.
Removal Fee. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term, Licensee shall pay to Licensor a fee equal to (i) One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700), multiplied by (ii) the number of years remaining in the Initial Term (rounded up to a whole number), multiplied by (iii) the Quantity of Hardware to be removed; for the sake of clarity, in the event Licensee leases Hardware with different start dates (e.g., more than one Order Form), sub-Section (ii) above shall be calculated separately for each such Hardware, unless stated otherwise in an Order Form. In addition, if this Agreement is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term, any and all License Fees due Licensor through the then-current Term shall automatically accelerate and be due and payable to Licensor within fifteen (15) days after any such termination.
Removal Fee. Customer shall pay to Restaurant Technologies a removal fee for removal of the Systems from each installed Site, as liquidated damages, regardless of which party initiates the non-renewal or termination, and without Restaurant Technologies having to present any evidence of the amount or character of actual damages sustained, and not as a penalty. The applicable removal fee is set forth on the coversheet or additional applicable Addendum.
