Removal Following Termination of License. Applicant shall remove its facilities from SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way within 60 days, or within such other period of time as shall be mutually agreeable to the parties, after termination of the license authorizing the attachment of such facilities to SWBT’s poles or the placement of such facilities in SWBT’s ducts, conduits, or rights-of-way.
