The Licensee shall not remove any television antenna of any Subscriber but shall offer to said Subscriber an adequate switching device (“A/B switch”) to allow said Subscriber to choose between cable and non-cable television reception. Chapter 166A, Section 5(d), the Licensee shall not engage directly or indirectly in the business of selling or repairing television or radio sets; provided, however, that the Licensee may make adjustments to television sets in the course of normal maintenance
