Removal of Employees of Contractor or Subcontractor. Any employee of Contractor or of Contractor's Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors deemed by Owner or Owner’s Representative, in its sole judgment, to be objectionable shall be removed from the Jobsite immediately upon Owner's request or Owner’s Representative’s request and shall be promptly replaced by Contractor or by Contractor's Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors at no additional expense to Owner.
