Common use of Removal of items from Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Removal of items from Accommodation. 4.4.1. We may remove from the Accommodation any items which we find in the Accommodation or residence (either used or unused) that we consider (acting reasonably) are dangerous and/or may cause a fire hazard. If we remove an item, we will leave a note in the Accommodation confirming that the item has been removed and who you need to contact in order to recover the item. You will not be able, however, to take the item back into the Accommodation.
