Common use of Removal of Persons Clause in Contracts

Removal of Persons. The Contractor's Representative may by notice in writing direct the Subcontractor to remove any person from the Site and the Subcontractor's Activities who in the reasonable opinion of the Contractor's Representative is guilty of misconduct or is incompetent, negligent or is otherwise not a fit and proper person to be engaged in connection with the Subcontractor's Activities. The Subcontractor must ensure that this person is not again involved in the Subcontractor's Activities.
