REMOVAL OF THE VESSEL. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery thereof and shall remove the VESSEL from the SHIPYARD within three (3) days after delivery thereof is effected. Port dues and other charges levied by the Korean Government Authorities after delivery of the VESSEL and any other costs related to the removal of the VESSEL shall be borne by the BUYER.
