Removal of Unserviceable Contractor Equipment. 4.3.1 The Contractor shall at its own expense, if required by the Government or if required by the Corporation for operational reasons, promptly remove from the Site, any Contractor’s Equipment which may have been rendered unserviceable through any cause during the course of operations hereunder or otherwise deal with the Contractor’s Equipment in accordance with the Corporation's instructions, notwithstanding that the Contractor’s Equipment may be insured and whether or not declared a loss. 4.3.2 In the event that the Contractor fails to carry out its obligations under the foregoing Clause 4.3.1 within seven days of receiving notice from the Corporation, the Corporation shall be entitled to take such measures in respect of any such equipment and, at its sole discretion, shall be entitled to elect, at any time thereafter, to remove the same and shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses so incurred from the Contractor (including, without limitation, any customs duties or taxes which may be incurred).
