Common use of REMOVAL OR ABANDONMENT Clause in Contracts

REMOVAL OR ABANDONMENT. Upon termination of this Renewal License by passage of time or otherwise, and unless 1) the Licensee renews its License for another renewal term or 2) the Licensee transfers the Cable Communications System to a transferee approved by the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall remove all of its supporting structures, poles, transmission and distribution systems, and all of its appurtenances from the Public Ways and places and shall restore all areas to as good a condition as before entry. If such removal is not complete within six (6) months after such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed as having been abandoned and may dispose of any such property in any way or manner it deems appropriate.
