LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. The Licensee shall construct, upgrade, install, operate and maintain the Cable Television System within the Town. Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected as necessary, subject to the approval of the Issuing Authority, so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable State and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. The Licensee shall operate and maintain the Cable Television System within the Town of Wellfleet. Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable State and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. The Licensee shall install, operate and maintain the Cable Television System within the Town of Westford. Any required poles or other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways and places. The erection and location of all poles or other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable State and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. The Licensee shall operate, upgrade and maintain the Cable Television System within the Town of Natick. Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways and places. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. The Licensee shall construct, install, operate and maintain the Cable Television System within the City of Somerville, not including the Headend. Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways and places. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. Licensee shall construct, install, operate and maintain all elements of the Cable Television System within the City of Boston in accordance with the maps and other documents submitted pursuant to 207 CMR 3.05(l). Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over public ways and places. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be fixed with the prior written approval and under the supervision of the Public Works Department, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; provided, however, Licensee shall not have a vested interest in such location; and such construction shall be removed by Licensee at its sole cost and expense whenever, in the judgment of the Public Works Department, the same restricts or obstructs the operation or location or any future operation or location of public ways and places, or whenever the Commissioner of the Public Works Department closes or abandons any public way or place.

Licensee owned poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways. The erection and location of all licensee owned poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable state and lawful local laws and regulations.

Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable State and local laws and regulations.

Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over Public Ways and places. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be in accordance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
LOCATION OF CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. Licensee shall construct, install, operate and maintain all elements of the System except the headend within the Town of Hingham. Poles, towers and other obstructions shall be erected so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic over public ways and places. The erection and location of all poles, towers and other obstructions shall be fixed with the prior written approval and under the supervision of the Department of Highways. Provided, however, the Licensee shall not have a vested interest in such location; and such construction shall be removed by Licensee at its sole cost and expense whenever in the judgment of the Department of Highways, the construction restricts or obstructs the operation or location or any future operation or location or public ways and places, or whenever the Selectmen or the Department of Highways close or abandon any public way or place.
