Removal Procedure. Following (1) the effectiveness of the Resale S-3 contemplated in Section (6)(a) of this Termination Agreement or (2) the later of (i) the receipt by Apricus of the notice from PediatRx contemplated in Section 6(b) of this Termination Agreement and (ii) the receipt by Apricus of the opinion of counsel of PediatRx contemplated in Section 6(b) of this Termination Agreement, if required, Apricus shall, following the delivery by PediatRx to Apricus or Apricus’s transfer agent of a legended certificate representing such Shares, use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to PediatRx a certificate representing such Shares that is free of the Restrictive Legend. Apricus may not make any notation on its records or give instructions to any transfer agent of Apricus that enlarge the restrictions on transfer set forth in Section 3(d) of this Termination Agreement.

Removal Procedure. 1. Open front access door.
2. Remove door cover with 3 / 8" open end wrench.
3. On power door units, disconnect the cable at- tached to the bottom of the door.
4. Place a block approximately 1 / 2" high under the door counterweight, such that when the door is placed in the full up position there is some slack in the counterweight cables.
5. Locate door lock pins and "install both in door with door in full up position. With the spacer under the counterweight some additional effort will be needed to raise the door.
6. Remove the screws attaching the counterweight cables to the door bracket. With a pencil, mark screw locations.
7. Using a 3 / 4" open end wrench, remove the two door guide tubes.
8. Support door and remove the door lock pins with the other hand. The door can now be lowered. Once lowered past the bottom of the end frame, the door can be removed.
Removal Procedure. When such removal takes place, the Union or its representatives shall direct the workmen on such job to carefully put away all tools, materials, equipment or any other property of the Employer in a safe manner. The Union will be financially responsible for any loss to the Employer for neglect in carrying out this provision, but only when a safe place is provided for these by the Employer.
Removal Procedure. Whenever Tenant elects to remove the Emergency Generator, Tenant shall remove the Emergency Generator, the pad on which it is installed and all underground wiring and conduits leading from the Emergency Generator to the Building, and restore, to Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction, any damage to any portion of the Building, Project or Land, including landscaping, all at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. In connection with such process, Tenant shall remediate any Hazardous Materials spilled in connection with the installation, operation, maintenance or removal of the Emergency Generator, the pad and such underground wiring and conduits. If Tenant elects not to remove the Emergency Generator on or before the Lease Expiration Date, Tenant shall leave the Emergency Generator, the pad and such underground wiring and conduits in place on the Lease Expiration Date, and such items shall become the property of Landlord on the Lease Expiration Date without further action on behalf of Tenant. However, Tenant shall still be required to remediate any Hazardous Materials associated with the installation, operation and maintenance of the Emergency Generator on or before the Lease Expiration Date.
Removal Procedure. 1. Unlock the battery pack (1) , by pushing the lock button (2) upwards and extract it by mean of two nicks (3).
