Remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. (a) The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer seconded to the Company pursuant to this Article VIII shall, at all times, remain employees of, and be remunerated by, the Manager or an Affiliate of the Manager.
