Common use of Renewal and Extension Period Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Extension Period. The Contract may be extended by notice of LRGVDC beyond expiration of a Contract Period for up to 90 (ninety) days (Extension Period) during which the parties may agree on a written amendment to extend the Contract for a longer period. Renewals and extensions do not extend any other deadlines or due dates other than the expiration of the Contract Period.
