Common use of Renewal and Reopening Clause in Contracts

This Agreement shall be in effect from November 4, 1968, to and including October 31, 1971, and from year to year thereafter, subject to amendment, alteration, or termination by either party upon sixty (60) days' written notice given prior to the termination date of October 31, 1971.
