Renewal and Reopening. This Agreement shall automatically renew itself from biennium to biennium thereafter unless, not later than July 1st of each even-numbered year prior to the expiration of the then current term of Agreement, either party shall serve written notice on the other of its desire to terminate, modify, or amend this Agreement.
