Annual Certification The Contractor is required to submit an annual certification demonstrating compliance with the Warranty of Security to the Department by December 31 of each Contract year.
Special Certification The individual or officer signing this agreement certifies by his or her signature that he or she is authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of the responsible governing board, official or Grantee.
Owner Certification During the term of this Contract, the Owner certifies that:
AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
National Certification Any teacher covered by this agreement who is certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards shall be reimbursed up to $2,000 for the costs upon completion of the program. No more than two
Cost Certification Redeveloper shall submit authentic documentation to the City on approved forms or format for payment of any expenses related to construction of the eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. Redeveloper shall timely submit receipts, invoices, or proof of payment concurrently with the request for reimbursement of eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. The City shall approve or reject the request for reimbursement with reasons stated, based on the review within ten (10) business days of receipt of the same. The foregoing notwithstanding, the City reserves the right during said ten (10) day period to request additional information and documentation related to a request for reimbursement from Redeveloper, and such a request by the City shall have the effect of restarting the ten (10) day period upon receipt of all requested information. Professional Certification The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
Institutional Certification Certification by the Submitting Institution that delineates, among other items, the appropriate research uses of the data and the uses that are specifically excluded by the relevant informed consent documents. Further information may be found here.
Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”
