Renewal Fees. Each time Customer renews annual Maintenance Services as set forth in Section 9(A) below, Customer shall pay RSA’s then-applicable support fees, as quoted by an authorized RSA representative, distributor, or reseller, in advance for the upcoming year, net 30 days from the date of invoice.
