Common use of Renewal Fees Clause in Contracts

Renewal Fees. Questionmark may change the Renewal Fees by giving sixty (60) days written notice to Customer prior to the expiration of the Term then in effect and such changes shall become effective upon the commencement of such Renewal Term, provided that Renewal Fees for Customers transacting on the GSA Schedule may only be changed by modification to Questionmark’s GSA Schedule contract.
