Common use of Renewal Obligations Clause in Contracts

Renewal Obligations. During any renewal term, or for any Services provided after the end of the initial term, whether or not the Agreement is renewed, Customer agrees that the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply, except that all charges for Services shall be computed using M&I's then-current standard published prices paid in advance as determined by M&I. At M&I's option, such Services shall be provided by M&I on a month-to-month basis.

Renewal Obligations. During any renewal term, or for any Services provided after the end of the initial term, whether or not the Agreement is renewed, Customer agrees that the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply, except that all charges for Services shall be computed using M&I's then-current standard published prices prices, without application of any credits other than remote site credits (printline and transaction), paid in advance as determined by M&I. At M&I's option, such Services shall be provided by M&I on a month-to-month basis.

During any renewal term, or for any Services provided after the end of the initial term, whether or not the Agreement is renewed, Customer agrees that the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply, except that all charges for Services shall be computed using one hundred ten percent (110%) of M&I's then-current standard published prices paid in advance as determined by M&I. At M&I's option, such Services shall be provided by M&I on a month-to-month basis.

During any automatic renewal termterm as provided for in Section 13, or for any Services provided after the end of the initial term, whether or not the Agreement is renewed, Customer agrees that the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply, except that all charges for Services shall be computed using M&I's then-current standard published prices paid in advance as determined by M&I. At M&I's option, such Services shall be provided by M&I on a month-to-month basis.
