Use of Registration Information and Additional Registration Information. You agree and acknowledge that the Company will make available the Registration Information and the Additional Registration Information to ICANN; to other third party Registry Administrators such as VeriSign, Inc., Global Names Registry Ltd., Neustar, Inc., Afilias USA, Inc., Global Domains International; and as applicable laws may require or permit. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that ICANN and the Registry Administrators may establish guidelines, limits and/or requirements that relate to the amount and type of information that the Company may or must make available to the public or to private entities, and the manner in which such information is made available. Further, you hereby consent to any and all such disclosures and use of, and guidelines, limits and restrictions on disclosure or use of, information provided by you in connection with the registration of a domain (including any updates to such information), whether during or after the term of your registration of the domain. Moreover, you hereby irrevocably waive any and all claims and causes of action that may arise or have arose from such disclosure or use of your Registration Information and the Additional Registration Information.

Use of Registration Information and Additional Registration Information. You agree and acknowledge that the Registrar will make available the Registration Information and Additional Registration Information to other third parties such as, ICANN, the Registry Operator and its third party data escrow, Registry Verification Agent, and registry services providers; and as applicable laws may require or permit. By Applying for the .tickets domain name you agree that the .tickets Registry and its third party agents may contact you with regards to processing your registration for .tickets domain name. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that the Registry may establish guidelines, limits and/or requirements that relate to the amount and type of information that the Registrar may or must make available to the public or to private entities, and the manner in which such information is made available.

Use of Registration Information and Additional Registration Information. 5.4.1. You agree and acknowledge that Registrar will make available the Registration Information and Additional Registration Information to other third parties such as ICANN, the Registry Operator, its third- party data escrow provider, registry services providers, and as applicable laws may require or permit. By applying for the .REIT domain name, you agree that the .REIT Registry and its third-party registry services providers may contact you concerning your application for a .REIT domain name.

Related to Use of Registration Information and Additional Registration Information

  • Registration Information Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy and legality of all account, Agent, and registration information (including without limitation Customer’s legal name and payment information, Customer/Agent contact information, and any personal data included therein) (“Registration Information”) and the means of its acquisition.

  • Publication of Registration Data Registry Operator shall provide public access to registration data in accordance with Specification 4 attached hereto (“Specification 4”).

  • Registration Data Upon placing an order for Pilot Voice, and at subsequent times as requested by Pilot, Customer agrees to provide Pilot with its (i) true, accurate, current, and complete business name, (ii) physical addresses where Voice Service will be used, (iii) 911 registered address for each applicable endpoint, (iv) a designated Account Administrator, and (v) user email addresses, phone numbers, and any other requested data which may be necessary to administer its Voice Service account (the “Account”) (collectively, “Registration Data”). Customer represents and warrants that the information it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the information if it changes. If Customer provides Registration Data that is false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, Pilot has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Voice Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Voice Services by Customer, its business(es), affiliates and all users of its Account. Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.

  • Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-­‐to-­‐date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Securities Law Information The Participant acknowledges that he or she is permitted to sell the Shares acquired under the Plan through the designated broker appointed by the Company, provided the sale of the Shares takes place outside of Canada through facilities of a stock exchange on which the Shares are listed (i.e., the NYSE).

  • Exclusions from Confidential Information Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.

  • Exclusions to Confidential Information For purposes of this Confidentiality Agreement, Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data.   • Confidential Information State Records Grantee shall comply with the provisions of this §10 if it becomes privy to confidential information in connection with its performance hereunder. Confidential information, includes, but is not necessarily limited to, state records, personnel records, and information concerning individuals.

  • Application Information Employees’ spouses, registered same-sex domestic partners and eligible dependents who choose to participate in the Student Fee Authorization Program must follow the University’s application and enrollment procedures.
