Registration Renewal. Annual registration renewal is required in order for the Employer to continue to receive any and all necessary updating documents. There is an annual registration renewal fee in the amount set forth with the initial registration material. The adopting Employer authorizes Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, to debit the account established for the Plan for payment of agreed upon annual fee; provided, however, if the assets of an account are invested solely in Participant-Directed Assets, a notice for this annual fee will be sent to the Employer annually. The Sponsor reserves the right to change this fee from time to time and will provide written notice in advance of any change.

The Sponsor reserves the right to charge a registration renewal fee and change such fee from time to time. The Sponsor will notify the Primary Employer of any registration renewal fee and of any change to such registration renewal fee.
Registration Renewal a. Renewal obligations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any and all domains and additional services are renewed prior to their expiration, should you so desire their renewal. You may renew your domain at any time before the expiration date. the Company shall have no liability to you or any third party in connection with the renewal, including, but not limited to, any failure or errors in renewing the services.
b. You may be notified at the Company’s sole discretion when renewal fees are due. Should these fees go unpaid within the time specified in a notice or reminder regarding renewal, your registration will be cancelled. Payment must be made by such other method as we indicate in the renewal form. If your billing information is not accurate, you are solely responsible for the failure to renew.
Registration Renewal a. Effective on April 12, 1998, the County shall reimburse employees in the unit for the fee charged by the State of California to renew their professional registration. The reimbursement will apply only to those employees who are required to maintain the professional registration as a condition of their employment. The reimbursement will apply to those employees who renew their registration subsequent to the effective date of this provision.
b. Verification of the renewal of the employee’s professional registration is required in order to receive the reimbursement.

PROTOTYPE REPLACEMENT PLAN -------------------------- This Adoption Agreement is a replacement prototype plan for the (1) Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Special Prototype Defined Contribution Plan and Trust - 40l(k) Plan #03-004 and (2) Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Asset Management, Inc., Special Prototype Defined Contribution Plan and Trust - 401 (k) Plan Adoption Agreement #03-004.
D. RELIANCE -------- The adopting Employer may not rely on the opinion letter issued by the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service as evidence that this Plan is qualified under Code Section 401. In order to obtain reliance, the Employer must apply to the appropriate date Key District Director of the Internal Revenue Service for a determination letter with respect to the Plan. Registration Renewal. Any Cat-1 users wishing to renew their registration for an additional year shall report to the MCpl JJP Xxxxxxx Fitness and Wellness Centre prior to 01 Sep to indicate their intentions, and pay their fee. Cat-1 personnel can retain their site for the duration of their posting to 22 Wg / North Bay provided they have a continued requirement, and they are in good standing. All other categories of users will indicate their intentions to renew between 01-31 Aug, but could remain wait-listed until 15 Sep to determine availability. As indicated above,
a. Failure to indicate renewal intentions prior to 01 Sep will be taken as an indication of no longer requiring access, and the registered lot will be deemed as available for re- allotment to another user.
b. Indicating intention to renew, but failing to pay the fee prior to 30 Sep will be taken as no longer requiring access, and the registered lot will be deemed as available for re- allotment to another user.
c. Unless special arrangements have been made between the user and the 22 Wg RV Compound Manager (RVC Mgr), any vehicle remaining in a parking space, where payment has not been received prior to 30 Sep, will be deemed as abandoned and towed (at owner’s expense if applicable).
d. RVC Manager will provide access code to the compound upon completing full registration or renewal which constitutes of providing full payment and all required paperwork (Registration and Insurance proof) for the current year.
Registration Renewal. An application for registration renewal shall be submitted on the appropriate renewal form at least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the expiration date of the existing registration by each applicant wishing to provide grease hauling services in the City limits
(b) Spill reporting. Any accident, spill, or other discharge of grease, solids or gray water, which occurs within the City, shall be reported to the City of Tampa Wastewater Department by the grease hauler as soon as possible but not longer than twenty-four (24) hours after the incident. The grease hauler shall comply with all procedures and reporting requirements contained in federal, state and local regulations. The grease hauler shall be responsible for all clean-up procedures and costs.
Registration Renewal. Upon satisfaction of Visa that all approval requirements continue to be met Visa will re-approve MANUFACTURER annually. Visa shall use reasonable efforts to conduct its re-approval process in a timely fashion.
