Renewal of License Term. Upon expiration of each License Term, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, all limited subscription licenses granted under this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional 12-month License Term, and Assembla will invoice Customer at the then-current subscription- based price for such additional License Term, unless Assembla is notified by Customer in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of such current License Term that Customer elects not to renew such limited subscription license for an additional License Term.

  • Term of License The license granted to the Engineer by this article shall terminate at the end of the term specified in Article 2 of this contract.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.

  • Renewal of Term Subject to Pxxxxxx's Board of Directors' approval, Executive's employment shall be extended for one additional year at the end of each year of the term, or extended term, of this Agreement on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement, unless either AMERX, Procyon or the Executive shall, prior to the expiration of the initial term or of any renewal term, give written notice of the intention not to renew this Agreement.

  • Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student. Instead, it is the intention of the parties that the relationship between Georgia Institute of Technology and Student be that of licensor and licensee and the sole right of Student to use the assigned space as a living unit shall be based upon the License granted in this Contract.

The Engineer agrees that it shall not alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the registered TxDOT trademark logo or bring it into disrepute.

  • Termination of License Agreement This Agreement will terminate automatically in the event that the License Agreement is terminated, provided that prior to such termination of this Agreement becoming effective, the Parties shall cooperate to wind down the activities being conducted hereunder as set forth in Section 15.5(b).
