Term of License means the term of the license (evaluation or purchase, as the case may be) of the Questionmark OnPremise Software stated in an Order or Applicable Invoice.

Payment by the MAP Therapist at the then current rate to maintain an active account and subscription will include consideration for the license granted herein.
