Renewal of Term. 2.1 In accordance with and as contemplated in Section 6.3 of the Initial Agreement, the Parties wish to further extend the term of the Initial Agreement for a period of twelve (12) months commencing July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018 (the “Renewal Term”). 2.2 During the Renewal Term, Schedule “A” attached hereto shall supersede Schedule “B” to the Initial Agreement and all references to Schedule “B” in the Initial Agreement shall read as a reference to Schedule “A” attached hereto.
