Common use of Renewals/Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Renewals/Maintenance. All registration and renewal fees have been paid in relation to the Intellectual Property which is registered or applied for in the name of the Company. All steps have been taken diligently for the prosecution and maintenance of such Intellectual Property and all steps have been taken diligently for the maintenance and protection of unregistered Intellectual Property owned by the Company.

All procedural steps have been taken diligently for the prosecution and maintenance of such Intellectual Property and all reasonable steps have been taken diligently for the maintenance and protection of unregistered Intellectual Property owned by each Group Company and each Vendor in relation to the CompanyAsset Businesses which is material to the Business.
