RENEWING LEASE Sample Clauses

RENEWING LEASE a) At the end of lease term, this lease will automatically renew for a 12-month term, and will continue to renew every year thereafter, if not ended or changed by either party. Landlord has the right to convert the lease to a month-to-month lease and/or change any other lease terms after the first year, upon giving a 60-day written Notice to Tenant.
