RENEWING LEASE a) At the end of lease term, this lease will automatically renew for a 12-month term, and will continue to renew every year thereafter, if not ended or changed by either party. Landlord has the right to convert the lease to a month-to-month lease and/or change any other lease terms after the first year, upon giving a 60-day written Notice to Tenant.
RENEWING LEASE a) This lease automatically renews on a yearly basis with a rent increase of percent if not terminated or changed by either party.
RENEWING LEASE. The high demand for student housing in this market means that this property often rents a year or more in advance. We generally will give Tenants an opportunity to renew before we decide to rent to another party. Xxxxxxxx has the right to rent without giving current Tenants an opportunity to renew if he so desires.
