Rent Adjustments for Water-Dependent Uses. (a) Inflation Adjustment. State shall adjust water-dependent rent annually pursuant to RCW 79.105.200-.360, except in those years in which State revalues the rent under Paragraph 4.5(b) below. This adjustment will be effective on the anniversary of the Commencement Date.
