Rent Rates and Maintenance Charges. (a) the FBR officials shall pay rent equivalent to the ceiling rate as specified by the Government from time to time. (b) FBR officials shall not pay maintenance or any other charges other than utility bills which shall be paid by them on actual or mutually agreed basis.
