Rental/Lease of Equipment. Equipment usage rental rates apply to use in the field only and not transportation time. The rental rates charged for equipment usage shall be invoiced to Department in the most favorable terms (i.e., the sum of the hourly rental rate for a given day shall not exceed the daily rental rate; the sum of the daily rental rate for up to a seven (7) day period shall not exceed the weekly rental rate; the sum of the weekly rental rate for up to a four (4) week period shall not exceed the monthly rental rate) as specified in Attachment D (V2.0).
