Common use of RENTAL MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

RENTAL MANAGEMENT. 25.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this clause 25, the Seller hereby consents that the Property may be let to a suitable tenant with effect from the Completion Date if the Purchaser does not intend occupying the Property himself. 25.2 The Purchaser hereby appoints the Independent Property Inspector as its sole and exclusive agent to procure and place tenants in the Property and act as his rental agent for a period of 3 (three) years from the Completion Date on the terms and conditions of the Independent Property Inspector’s standard rental management agreement from time to time.
