Common use of Rental of Unit Clause in Contracts

Rental of Unit. Owner hereby rents to Tenant the storage unit described above; term of occupancy to commence on the lease date above and shall expire either (a) on expiration date sent forth above; or (b) if a month-to-month term, at the end of the month specified by Tenant in written notice of cancellation by either party to the other. Such notice shall be at least thirty (30) days in advance of the cancellation date.

Owner hereby rents to Tenant Occupant the storage unit described above; term of occupancy to commence on the lease date above and shall expire either (a) on expiration lease end date sent set forth above; or (b) if a month-to-month term, at payment is due on the end anniversary date of the month specified by Tenant in written notice of cancellation by either party to lease. (i.e an agreement that starts on the other. Such notice shall be at least thirty (30) days in advance 12th will have the next payment due on the 12th of the cancellation datefollowing month and the 12th of each subsequent month.
