Rental Party. The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons:

Rental Party. At the time of booking the Reservation, you must provide the first and last names of each member of the rental party (collectively with you, the “Rental Party”), and any other information reasonably requested by the Company, such as the age of each
Rental Party. The person making the booking certifies that they are at least 25 years of age and agrees to be responsible for all members of the booking party. Over-crowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. This unit cannot be sublet or assigned to others.
