Rental Periods. The first Rental Period will commence on the Delivery Date and each subsequent Rental Period will commence on the date succeeding the last day of the previous Rental Period. Each Rental Period will end on the date immediately preceding the next succeeding Rent Date except that if a Rental Period would otherwise overrun the Expiry Date, it will end on the Expiry Date.
