Rented Hardware Sample Clauses

Rented Hardware. As the lessor of the rented Hardware, we lease the Hardware to you for the Subscription Term set forth in the applicable Order Form. In addition to the rights set forth in this Section, we shall have all the rights and remedies available to a secured party and lessor under this Agreement, the Uniform Commercial Code, or other applicable law. All rented Hardware shall at all times be and remain personal property regardless of how the same may be affixed to any realty or other property. We shall be permitted to display notice of its ownership of the rented Hardware by affixing an identifying indicia of ownership. If you fail to return the rented Hardware after termination or at the end of the rental period, or the rented Hardware is returned to us in a damaged state (ordinary wear and tear excluded), then we reserve the right to invoice Client for the total purchase price of such Hardware at the prevailing rate.

Rented Hardware. With respect to any timeclocks or other equipment (“Hardware) Client rents from Ascentis:
Rented Hardware. If Customer agrees on renting hardware as a service (for example. in the product Trivec Handy). The service contains the right to use the product software, the hardware and support connected to the application. If there is an error that cannot be solved remote in hardware the customer shall send the hardware device to specified address. Trivec will replace the hardware and send another device. The service applies if the contract is valid, and the customer pays for the service. All rented hardware is owned by Trivec. The Customer agrees to be careful when using the rented hardware from Trivec and agrees further on to keep the rented hardware clean and dry and use it the hardware in a matter to ensure reducing the risk of harm to the device. Trivec has the right to charge additional cost from the customer if clear misconduct and abuse of the hardware devices is proven. Additional cost is € 400. Trivec also have the right to end the agreement if such misconduct will arise.

  • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
