Common use of Rents and Fees Clause in Contracts

Rents and Fees. 1. The Licensee shall pay the rent and Meal Plan fee that are specified in the Housing and Residence Life Payment and Fee Schedule established by Housing and Residence Life, which is hereby incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. The amount of rent will be based on the license term and room type (single, double, triple) of the Licensee’s unit. The cost of the Meal Plan will be based on the plan selected. There may be additional terms and conditions set forth in the Housing and Residence Life Payment and Fee Schedule, and those terms and conditions are incorporated in this Agreement as though fully set forth herein.
