Renunciation of Part of the Contribution. The Beneficiary may renounce, by written notice to the Bank, its right to utilize any part of the Contribution which has not been disbursed before the receipt of the notice, provided that the amounts foreseen in Article 5.03 of these General Conditions are not involved.
