Repair of Public Streets, Roads or Parking Lots. (Permit Section 3.1.3.1) ERSM will evaluate the feasibility of incorporating runoff reduction techniques into the repair of streets, roads, and parking lots using canopy interception, soil amendments, evaporation, rainfall harvesting, engineered infiltration, rain gardens, infiltration trenches, extended filtration and/or evapotranspiration and/or any combination of the aforementioned practices. Where such practices are found to be feasible, ERSM must consider the use of such practices in the design and repair. ERSM had scheduled and completed two (2) projects in CBERRRSA Area in 2023 that incorporated the runoff techniques. Engineered infiltration on Denaina Dr, and Knik Vista. ERSM will coordinate with Office of Public Works Administration to obtain funding as needed for runoff reduction projects. CBERRRSA maintenance funding is collected and dedicated to the CBERRRSA area and Eagle River Street Maintenance Staff will evaluate each project to utilize the best techniques or principles when feasible or economical.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Loss, Theft, Destruction or Mutilation of Warrant The Company covenants that upon receipt by the Company of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant or any stock certificate relating to the Warrant Shares, and in case of loss, theft or destruction, of indemnity or security reasonably satisfactory to it (which, in the case of the Warrant, shall not include the posting of any bond), and upon surrender and cancellation of such Warrant or stock certificate, if mutilated, the Company will make and deliver a new Warrant or stock certificate of like tenor and dated as of such cancellation, in lieu of such Warrant or stock certificate.
