REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED MATERIALS. Purchaser shall repair or replace all materials, roadway infrastructure, and road components damaged during road work or operation activities. The Contract Administrator will direct repairs and replacements. Repairs to structural materials must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation, and may not begin without written approval from the Contract Administrator.
