Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States E.O. 13043, amended by E.O. 13652, requires Recipients to encourage employees and contractors to enforce on-the-job seat belt policies and programs when operating company- owned, rented or personally-owned vehicle.
Place of Business; Location of Collateral The address set forth in the heading to this Agreement is Borrower's chief executive office. In addition, Borrower has places of business and Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on the Schedule. Borrower will give Silicon at least 30 days prior written notice before opening any additional place of business, changing its chief executive office, or moving any of the Collateral to a location other than Borrower's Address or one of the locations set forth on the Schedule.

Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.
Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Each employee responding to or engaged in fire suppression activities will use the appropriate safety clothing and equipment. Each department is responsible for seeing that CAL/OSHA standards for safety clothing and equipment are provided and used for wildland firefighting. Wildland fire suppression safety clothing and equipment includes: Safety helmet that meets the minimum standards required by California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 8, Section 3410. Goggles, protection that meets the minimum requirements for design, construction and use as required by CCR, Title 8, Sections 3382 and 3404. Ear protection to comply with CCR, Title 8, Sections 3405 and 3410(c). Nomex hood, shroud, or equivalent face and neck protection. Nomex shirt Nomex pants Gloves, CAL/OSHA approved for wildland firefighting. Location of Equipment and Inventory All Equipment and Inventory are (i) located at the locations indicated on Schedule 4 (ii) in transit to such locations or (iii) in transit to a third party purchaser which will become obligated on a Receivable to the Debtor upon receipt. Except for Equipment and Inventory referred to in clauses (ii) and (iii) of the preceding sentence, the Debtor has exclusive possession and control of the Inventory and Equipment.
Location of Real Property The Perfection Certificate lists correctly, in all material respects, as of the Closing Date all Material Real Property owned by the Borrower and the Subsidiary Loan Parties and the addresses thereof. As of the Closing Date, the Borrower and the Subsidiary Loan Parties own in fee all the Real Property set forth as being owned by them in the Perfection Certificate except to the extent set forth therein.
