Common use of Repairs and Parts Clause in Contracts

Repairs and Parts. a. Xerox will make repairs and adjustments necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order and operating in accordance with its written specifications (including such repairs or adjustments required during initial installation). Maintenance Services shall cover repairs and adjustments required as a result of normal wear and tear or defects in materials or workmanship. Parts required for repair may be new, reconditioned, reprocessed or recovered.
